You get the room to yourself to simply relax and integrate while laying in Shavasana or lounging in our cozy hammock.

Or you can take your healing experience further and enjoy one of the added services such as our infrared sauna, Earthing mat, guided meditations and red light therapy.

What you'll find in the Oasis room

Infrared Sauna

A regular sauna practice helps maintain vitality and mental clarity.

There are many benefits to regular Infrared Sauna sessions such as:
improved circulation, smoother skin, muscle/tissue recovery, helps educe inflammation, pain management, cardiovascular health, weight management and more.

Where traditional saunas use heating elements to raise the temperature of the air inside, infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body while the air around you stays unchanged. The result is your core temperature rising without having to sit in a room where the ambient temperature is close to 90 degrees. Some people find this much more comfortable than traditional saunas.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy works by penetrating the skin to stimulate cellular processes, which can enhance healing and reduce inflammation. Many users report improved skin tone and texture, thanks to its ability to boost collagen production. Additionally, red light therapy may alleviate pain and promote recovery from injuries, making it popular among athletes.

It’s also been associated with improved mood and energy levels, as it may support mitochondrial function. Overall, this non-invasive treatment presents a promising option for enhancing physical and mental well-being.

Earthing Mat

Earthing, or grounding, involves connecting directly with the Earth’s surface, typically by walking barefoot on natural ground or using conductive systems indoors. This practice is believed to provide several health benefits, including reduced inflammation, improved sleep quality, and decreased stress levels.

By promoting the flow of electrons from the Earth, earthing can help neutralize free radicals in the body, potentially enhancing overall well-being. Many enthusiasts report increased energy and a greater sense of balance and connection to nature.

Oasis Room - Know before you go.

Hydration is very important, especially when it comes to the therapies offered in the Oasis room.
Please Bring a water bottle with you. For safety reasons, no glass will be allowed in any rooms other than the lobby.

For your comfort and relaxation, wear breathable and comfortable clothing.

You may also choose to bring a bathrobe or beach towel with you.

Although a towel is provided for seating in the Sauna, all clients must wear bottoms while in the Oasis room and Sauna.

We provide protective eyewear for the Red light therapy, the glasses are sanitized between each session.

The Oasis room also has guided meditations for you to enjoy as well as journal prompts to get your creative juices flowing when it comes to your journaling practice.
Feel free to bring your favourite pen and journal if you wish to dive into this healing practice.
