Position: Full Time Guest Experience Expert
First impressions matter—and so do lasting ones! As a Guest Experience Expert at MANA Health & Wellness, you'll be the first point of contact for all our guests, playing a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This position provides the opportunity to introduce new guests to the life-changing benefits of float therapy, massage therapy, mindfulness and more. As a vital member of our team, you'll help maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring every guest has a transformative experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional 5-star customer service to our guests with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

Greet, check in, and manage guest accounts, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Maintain a pristine, clean environment for both guests and staff, ensuring our float suites and wellness space meet high cleanliness standards.

Thoroughly clean and sanitize float suites between sessions to guarantee a safe and comfortable environment for each guest.

Promote MANA's services and products with enthusiasm, educating guests on the benefits of our services and offers.

Schedule appointments, process payments, and manage memberships.

Build lasting relationships with guests by understanding their needs and providing tailored wellness solutions for a 5 star experience.

Participate in weekly goal-setting meetings to foster personal and professional growth.

Ensure health and safety protocols are followed for float pods, wellness center, and general guest safety.

Limit cell phone use during shifts to focus fully on guests and tasks.
Our Ideal Candidate:
-
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
-
Customer service experience (1-3 years preferred), ideally in a wellness or hospitality setting.

Passionate about health and wellness, and committed to living and sharing a balanced lifestyle.

Strong communication skills, with an ability to connect and build rapport with diverse guests.
-
Sales and marketing experience is a plus, especially in a wellness environment.

Creative and proactive, with a flair for coming up with new ideas to introduce the community to our services.

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Familiar with social media and comfortable using it to engage with guests and promote services as needed.

Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.

Strong sense of cleanliness and organization, with a passion for maintaining a tidy and welcoming space.
