Hours: Flexible, but evenings and Saturday availability is a big bonus.

We specialize in Float Therapy, Massage Therapy, and our Oasis Room (infrared + red light therapy).

Someone who’s not just an assistant, but a dynamic right-hand human to support Cindy, our founder and keep MANA running like the calm, luxurious machine it is.
About You
You’re bilingual (French + English) and can shift gears from warm front-desk welcomes to behind-the-scenes logistics without missing a beat. You’re the person who notices when the candles need refilling, who’s not afraid to fold a towel, clean a toilet or take charge of the vibe in the room. You’ve got presence, calm energy, and a brain that’s five steps ahead. You might have admin experience, spa/retail/hospitality background, or just the kind of intuition that makes guests feel instantly at ease.
The Role: A Day Might Include…

Greeting guests with presence, care, and confidence

Taking social media / email reservations and managing the booking system (Jane)

Educating guests on our services and wellness products

Retail sales with a soft touch — helping guests find what supports them

Light cleaning and prep of the float room, Oasis room, and lobby area

Laundry (it’s spa life… we do a lot of it!)

Water testing the float pod (training provided)

Inventory, restocking, and making sure we never run out of epic products/retail

Light accounting/admin tasks and founder support

The occasional Costco run or “Cindy needs a second brain” moment

Enjoying pockets of quiet time while clients are in session perfect for expansion projects
You Might Be:

Naturally calming, even when things are a little busy

Detail-oriented and organized without being rigid

A problem-solver who notices what needs doing before being asked

Tech-savvy with booking systems, email, and a card reader

Comfortable being in a wellness environment where guests expect peace and privacy

Friendly, but not overly chatty, we love a calm presence

Able to work solo and with a small, supportive team
